Tasting Notes

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon offers an evocative bouquet of red plum, damp forest floor, and blackberry, together with notes of anise and baking bread. Flavors of raspberries and crème de cassis greet the pallet followed by baking spice, black pepper, and cedar with sweet, round tannins and a lively acidity.
