Tasting Notes

With impressive depth of complexity the 2018 Wight Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is both elegant and forthright. This wine is laden with cassis and spice, and is bolstered by elevated tannins. Notes of forest floor, cedar wood, violets, and dark fruit cascade over the palate and finish in an energetic opulence.
